Продавец общительный,был вопрос с доставкой,на все вопросы отвечал сразу. доставка была из России, товар задержался. Я в восторге от рюкзака! ^-^ именно то, что я хотела! Такой же как на фото. Доставка в Иркутск 2 недели, забирала в пункте самовывоза службы доставки. Товар отслеживался. От рюкзака был запах, но через 1 неделю использования почти не чувствуется. Еще немного торчат ниточки под верхней ручкой. В подарок получила шарфик. Продавец понравился.
